We sell baby care, personal health, and sexual wellness products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds once the product is sold and delivered.
This includes:
- Incorrect product ordered
- Change of mind
- Allergy or personal reaction
- Opened or used items
Exceptions:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos. We will review and may offer a replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
